Timor Sental Ember

Deep, grounded and unmistakably full-bodied.

Grown in the highlands of Timor at more than 2,000 metres above sea level, Timor Santal Ember is an Indonesian Arabica G1 coffee with a rich, weighty character and a smooth, lingering finish.

Its semi-washed/honey process develops a rounded cup with herbal complexity, deep dark-chocolate notes and a distinctly earthy sweetness. Low-to-medium acidity keeps the profile balanced and approachable, while the full body makes it especially satisfying as espresso or French press.

The name pays tribute to Timor’s historic sandalwood heritage: Santal reflects the island’s wooded legacy, while Ember captures the coffee’s warm cocoa depth and medium-to-medium-dark roast.
