Welcome to First Crack Coffee. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

First Crack Coffee provides freshly roasted coffee products across Lebanon. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Quality

All our coffees are freshly roasted and prepared in small batches to ensure optimal quality.

Due to the nature of coffee as an agricultural product, slight variations in flavor, aroma, and appearance may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.

We offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Other payment methods are available at checkout

Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Confirmation

Once an order is placed, it will be processed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Request additional verification before confirming delivery

5. Delivery Policy

We deliver across Lebanon within approximately 2–4 business days, depending on location and current conditions.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Security conditions
  • Weather
  • Operational constraints

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To maintain service quality and fairness:

  • Orders placed with Cash on Delivery must be accepted upon delivery
  • Repeated refusal of delivery without valid reason may result in:
    • Restriction from future COD orders
    • Requirement of prepaid orders for future purchases

This measure protects our operations and ensures availability for serious customers.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only in case of:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect orders

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

All content on this website (text, branding, images) is the property of First Crack Coffee and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

First Crack Coffee shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by external factors
