1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across all regions of Lebanon.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within:

👉 2–4 business days across Lebanon

  • Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on location and operational conditions
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to traffic, regional access, or unforeseen circumstances

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 0–1 business day
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the next business day

4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard delivery fee: $4 USD across Lebanon
  • Free delivery for orders above $100 USD

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

5. Payment Method

We offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future

6. Delivery Conditions

Customers are requested to:

  • Provide accurate delivery information
  • Be available at the provided contact number

If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, additional delivery arrangements may be required.

Once your order is confirmed:

  • You may receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or phone
  • Orders are prepared and dispatched shortly after roasting to ensure freshness

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Security situations
  • Road closures or logistical constraints

We appreciate your understanding in such cases and will always aim to communicate proactively.

9. Refused Deliveries (Important)

As we operate with Cash on Delivery:

  • Orders that are confirmed and dispatched are considered final commitments
  • Refusal of delivery without valid reason may result in:
    • Restriction of future orders
    • Requirement of prepaid orders for subsequent purchases
