Ruby Canopy is a naturally processed Red Bourbon from Rwanda, created for coffee drinkers who enjoy expressive fruit character without excessive sharpness.

Drying the coffee inside the whole cherry develops greater sweetness, aroma and body. The result is an inviting cup with ripe red-fruit character, brown-sugar sweetness and a smooth cocoa-toned finish.

Carefully roasted in small batches to preserve the coffee’s natural character while building enough body for both filter coffee and espresso.
