Aureate Crest is a honey-processed Red Bourbon from Rwanda, offering a graceful balance between sweetness, fruit character, and clarity.

During honey processing, part of the coffee cherry’s sweet mucilage remains around the seed while it dries. This gives the cup more sweetness and body than a typical washed coffee while maintaining greater definition than a full natural.

Expect a silky, harmonious profile with stone-fruit character, caramel sweetness, gentle citrus lift and a soft milk-chocolate finish.
